For breweries, bars, wineries & restaurants

Bracket Night: the weekly event your customers run.

Like trivia night, except your customers compete. Wing wars, chili cook-offs, homebrew showdowns, bartender battles, costume nights. Everyone votes from their phone, and the live bracket runs on your TV. No app, no paper, no scorekeeping.

Built and run by a Marine Corps service-disabled veteran-owned Virginia Beach business. We'll help you set up your first night in person.

Formats that fill a slow night

Pick a theme. Your regulars bring the competition.

Competitors bring their friends to cheer them on, and every round gives the room something to vote on.

Weekly

Wing War Wednesday

Customers or local cooks bring their best sauce. Head-to-head rounds, crowd votes, one champion a night.

Monthly

Homebrew Showdown

Local homebrewers pour samples, the room judges. A natural fit for taprooms.

Any night

Bartender Battle

Your staff (or guest bartenders) go head to head on a theme. Winner's drink goes on the menu.

Fall / winter

Chili & Salsa Cook-Off

Classic crowd-pleaser. Number the pots, open a round, and the bracket does the rest.

Seasonal

Costume & Ugly Sweater Nights

Halloween, holidays, themed weekends. Contestants sign up on the live board and the room votes.

Events

Food Truck People's Choice

Hosting trucks or vendors? Let your crowd crown a favorite and give everyone a reason to try them all.

What your staff does

One person, one phone, about two minutes of setup.

1

Create the night

Pick the theme and number of groups. Competitors claim spots on a live sign-up board you can share all week.

2

Put it on the TV

Open the live board on any TV, laptop, or projector with a browser. Customers scan a QR code at the table to vote.

3

Run the rounds

Open each round from a phone. Every voter's screen jumps to the ballot, scores tally live, and the bracket crowns the winner.

Questions venues ask

The practical stuff.

Do customers need to download an app or sign up?

No. They scan a QR code or tap a link, type a first name, and vote. Nothing to install.

What equipment do we need?

Any TV, laptop, or projector that can open a web page, plus one staff phone to run the rounds. That's it.

How much staff time does it take?

About two minutes to set up a night, then one person taps "open round" when it's time. Most venues have their host or a bartender run it.

What happens after the free month?

If it's working, it's $39/month for unlimited nights (founding venue price, locked in). If not, you just stop. No contract, no card needed for the free month.

Who handles food and drink rules?

You do, the same as any event you host: your own service, tasting, and age rules apply. We provide the bracket and the voting.
